Tell me about sharing reports

You can make reports available to users who don't already have access to them, when the Report Share feature is enabled for your subscription. You can share a single completed report (go to Reports > Reports) or all reports generated from a particular scan or patch report template (go to Reports > Templates).

How to share reports from the Reports tab

Go to Reports > Reports. Identify the completed report that you're interested in and select Info from the Quick Actions menu. In the User Access section, click the Add button to add users to the access list. Click Apply after adding users. The users in the access list can then view the report on the Reports tab.

How to share reports from a report template

Go to Reports > Templates. Identify the scan report, patch report, or Policy and Scorecard report template that you're interested in and select Edit from the Quick Actions menu. In the User Access section, click the Add button to add users to the access list. Then click Save to save your changes to the template. The users added to the access list can view all reports generated from this template. Users view the finished report on the Reports tab.

Managers, Unit Managers, and Auditors can revoke a report from the view of a user that they added to the access list in a template by removing the user from the access list of the completed report.
